This week’s PlayStation releases (April 18-22, 2022) – Thumbsticks

This week’s lineup of new PlayStation releases includes MotoGP 22 and Liberated: Enhanced Edition.

It’s another relatively slow week for new PS5 and PS4 games, unless you happen to be a motorcycle racing fan. MotoGP 22 is the latest officially licensed game from Milestone, and on paper, it looks like being the best yet. The game features a wealth of modes, racers and tracks, plus a recreation of the classic 2009 season.

Other new PlayStation releases include stealth adventure Winter Ember and an enhanced version of Liberated, the striking dystopian platformer from Walkabout Games. We’re also intrigued by Metal Tales: Overkillwhich is described as a guitar-shredding action-adventure roguelike by developer Zerouno Games.

Finally, Chernobylite: Enhanced Edition comes to PlayStation 5.

As always, the PlayStation release list can be unpredictable. Check back here for further updates throughout the week.
